1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use apply to the EASE™ mobile application, the FindWithEase website, and related services (together, “EASE”). EASE is owned and operated by Rathe LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Rathe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using EASE, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the service.
EASE is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or use EASE if you are under 13. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms with you.
2. The EASE service
EASE helps you explore venues using your chosen social goal, atmosphere preferences, provider information, and community contributions. Ease Match and atmosphere descriptions are informational estimates. They cannot guarantee a venue’s current conditions, suitability, accessibility, safety, hours, or availability. Check important details with the venue and use your own judgment.
Venue information and community reports can change or be incomplete. EASE may add, change, or remove features as the service develops.
3. Location features
Nearby search and Check In use location only after you choose the relevant feature. EASE does not request background location. You can use text or city search without nearby location and submit an unverified review without Check In. See Location Use for details.
4. Community content and conduct
You are responsible for content you submit. Share honest, relevant observations and reviews. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, spam, infringing, or privacy-violating material, or try to manipulate venue information, verification, or community features.
You retain ownership of content you create. To operate and display EASE, you grant Rathe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically adapt that content as needed to provide and improve the service. The license ends for content when it is deleted from active service, except where a limited copy must remain for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or provider-controlled backup retention. EASE may review, restrict, or remove content that appears to violate these terms or put people or the service at risk, subject to applicable law.
5. Third-party information and services
EASE uses third-party services, including Google Places, for current venue details and eligible photos. Provider information may be incomplete or change, and provider content is subject to the provider’s terms, attribution requirements, and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.
6. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains information EASE processes and your choices. You may request account deletion through the in-app action or the Delete Account page. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
7. Availability, changes, and ending use
EASE may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside our control. We may change or discontinue a feature, suspend access for misuse or security reasons, or end the service, subject to applicable law and any notice that law requires.
You may stop using EASE at any time. Account deletion is handled as described on the Delete Account page.
8. Disclaimers
EASE is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Rathe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that EASE will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that venue, provider, or community information will be accurate, complete, or current.
Ease Match scores, Best Times, and atmosphere descriptions are estimates based on community reports and provider data. They are not a promise about how a place will be when you visit, and they are not medical, accessibility, or safety advice. Use your own judgment, and check anything important directly with the venue.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rathe and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of EASE, including your visit to any venue you found through it.
To the extent permitted by law, Rathe’s total liability for any claim related to EASE is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for EASE in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a problem with EASE, please email support@findwithease.com first. Most issues can be sorted out that way, and we’ll try in good faith to resolve yours within 30 days. If we can’t, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and both of us consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. You may also bring an eligible claim in small claims court where you live.
11. App stores
If you download EASE from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Rathe, not Apple or Google. Rathe, not Apple or Google, is responsible for EASE and its content. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for EASE. Your use of their stores is also subject to their own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as EASE changes. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll give additional notice, such as in the app. If you keep using EASE after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
